Key Responsibilities- Sales Support
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our hotel features, services, and amenities, including hours of operation, function space, entertainment options, and menus.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Coordinate all group arrangements, including site inspections and program planning.
- Communicate client needs and specifications to relevant departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Follow up with post-conference reports and review group billings to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Input all group bookings and update booking activities in our system on a weekly basis.
- Prepare reports, maintain proper records, and filing systems in accordance with our sales administration process.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our hotel's safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
- Client Relations
- Promote positive relationships with clients and respond to their requests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Acknowledge and handle client complaints and comments in a tactful and efficient manner.
- Report incidents or irregularities to management to ensure prompt resolution.
- Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and promote our hotel's facilities and services to maximize sales revenue.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in sales administration software and systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
