Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Study Revolution Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the organization's goals.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of employee data and information, compiling statistics and other relevant data.
  • Office Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, maintain office supplies, and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Recruitment: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 32 to 40 hours per week.
