Restaurant Operations Manager

2651324 Ontario Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team.
As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our establishment. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from financial planning and staff supervision to customer service and inventory management.
Responsibilities:- Develop and manage budgets for food, beverages, supplies, and labor costs.
- Evaluate daily operations and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct training sessions, and provide constructive feedback.
- Plan and organize daily schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demands.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, providing exceptional service.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock rotation practices.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, creating a safe and hygienic work environment.
- College diploma or equivalent in hospitality management or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and point-of-sale systems.
