Restaurant Operations Manager
The GIOPALM Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This is a key leadership role that involves managing staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Financial Management: Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase customer engagement.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
The Restaurant Operations Manager actively participates in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youths, and Indigenous people.
