Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Operations and Logistics
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Financial Management
- Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
- Health and Safety
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and customers.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
