Job Summary

TOTEM Recruteur de talent is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our client's administrative functions and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communication Management: Ensure the efficient management of incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, and update relevant data accordingly.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Bureau du Syndic, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Case Management: Open and maintain case files, conduct necessary follow-ups with the public or members, and meet established deadlines.
  • Reporting and Statistics: Compile and record data and statistics for annual reports and council meetings.
  • Commissary Services: Act as a commissary to the organization.

Requirements and Competencies

  • Education: DEC in Administration, Bureaucracy, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language Skills: Excellent French language skills, both written and verbal; intermediate English language skills.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
  • Autonomy: Strong autonomy and problem-solving skills.
