About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, HR Business Partner to join our team at 2K Games, Inc. in Vancouver. As a key member of our HRBP team, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in supporting multiple clients within the 2K Publishing & Studio Organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with all levels of leadership, serving as a trusted advisor and resource to employees.
  • Partner with global HRBP teams and People COE's to deliver seamless human resources processes and programs.
  • Drive adoption and execution of key HR program cycles, including feedback, compensation, promotions, job leveling, and annual workforce planning.
  • Manage performance evaluations, providing coaching and development guidance to people leaders and supporting manager enablement.
  • Collaborate with People Programs to develop and drive talent management strategies, supporting team growth and individual development plans.
  • Support employee relations issues, partnering with Legal as needed, and develop strategies to address underlying ER issues.
  • Develop recruiting strategies with managers, providing insight on staffing needs, position requirements, and budget guidance.
  • Champion inclusion by ensuring diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies are infused in our organizational design, talent strategy, and programs.
  • Collaborate with the broader People team and cross-functional partners to build and roll-out employee experience initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of HRBP experience, preferably in fast-growing technology companies.
  • Business acumen, knowledge, and professionalism, with experience in all aspects of how a business operates.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to drive major initiatives and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Proactive, anticipatory, and able to provide alternatives and options to the business.
  • Understanding of the need to validate the existing culture before attempting to change.
  • Practical experience providing executive coaching and development in all areas of guidance.
  • Ability to integrate and align strategy, people, and activities across functions, processes, and teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and make senior-level presentations.
  • Ability to work with both onsite and distributed global teams effectively.
  • Ability and desire to operate in ambiguous situations with a high degree of flexibility.
What We Offer

The pay range for this position in British Columbia is expected to be between CAD $90,400 and CAD $136,500 per year. However, actual pay offered is based on market location and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates.
