Senior Product Manager, Internal Tools

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Internal Tools team at StackAdapt Inc. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of innovative internal tools that enhance our organizational efficiency and support our teams in scaling their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Research and validate user needs and market opportunities to inform product decisions.
- Develop a strong short and long-term vision for the Internal Tools portfolio, ensuring alignment with our company goals and vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new internal tools, focusing on maximizing organizational efficiency.
- Mentor fellow product managers and inform product team-wide processes to broaden your impact.
- Communicate effectively across the organization to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager at a digital SaaS company, with a track record of shipping complex products.
- Prior experience working in an Internal Tools type of role, with a deep understanding of product management craft and theory.
- Expertise in Lean and Agile best practices, design thinking, inclusive design, and usability heuristics.
- Ability to derive insights from data to justify product decisions.
- Strong communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to lead by influence.
