We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead our Web3 API strategy and drive innovation in the blockchain space. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our company's mission to unlock the collaborative power of communities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive Product Development: Lead the discovery, design, implementation, and launch of Web3 APIs, including transaction history, balances, prices, tokens, spam detection, gas price, and more.
- API Adoption and Retention: Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and retention of our Web3 APIs among internal and external developers.
- Team Alignment: Align cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and analysts on a shared vision tied to our larger strategy.
- User Research: Conduct user research to validate hypotheses and inform development, staying ahead of user needs, product trends, and market dynamics.
- Product Roadmap: Define, measure, analyze user feedback, product growth, and business outcomes, shaping and developing your product roadmap.
- 3-5+ years of software product management experience, ideally including developers-facing products.
- Strong technical background, with some development experience strongly preferred.
- Passion and interest in Web3 and blockchain.
- Good technical understanding of how Ethereum and smart contracts work.
- Familiarity with processes (e.g. Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g. JIRA, Notion, Figma, GitHub, MixPanel).
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Data-driven, user-focused, and analytical.
- Methodical prioritization and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial with a growth mindset, independently driven, constantly learning, and always improving.
- Team player, inclusive leader, open to feedback, and transparent with intentions.
