About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Internal Tools team at StackAdapt Inc. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for driving the development and launch of innovative internal tools that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of our business needs and market opportunities, and translate that into a compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with our company goals.
  • Product Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to develop and launch new internal tools that meet the needs of our internal customers.
  • User Research and Validation: Conduct user research and validation to ensure that our internal tools meet the needs of our users and are aligned with our company goals.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to ensure that our internal tools meet their needs and expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our internal processes and workflows, and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a product management role, with a focus on internal tools and operations.
  • Skills: Proven ability to develop and launch successful internal tools, with a strong understanding of product management principles and practices.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
