Senior Product Manager, Internal Tools

StackAdapt Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Internal Tools team. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and launching solutions that drive organizational efficiency and support our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities- Research and validate user needs and market opportunities to inform product decisions.
- Develop a strong short and long-term vision for the Internal Tools portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products that meet user needs and drive business outcomes.
- Mentor fellow product managers and inform product team-wide processes to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and understanding of product plans and progress.
- Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager at a digital SaaS company, with a strong track record of shipping successful products.
- Prior experience working in an Internal Tools type of role, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space.
- Expertise in Product Management craft and theory, with a strong understanding of Lean and Agile best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to derive insights from data and use them to inform product decisions.
- Experience with design thinking, inclusive design, and usability heuristics.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
