Senior Product Manager, Internal Tools

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our Internal Tools team at StackAdapt Inc. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and launching solutions that significantly enhance our organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough research to understand user needs and market opportunities, and translate that into a clear product vision.
- Develop a comprehensive short and long-term strategy for your portfolio, ensuring alignment with our company goals and vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and launch products that meet the needs of our internal customers.
- Mentor fellow product managers and contribute to the development of product team-wide processes.
- Work closely with engineers and designers to deliver end-to-end products that meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager at a digital SaaS company, with a track record of shipping complex products.
- At least 2 years of experience working in an Internal Tools type of role.
- Expertise in Product Management principles and practices, with a strong understanding of Lean and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data to inform product decisions.
- A basic understanding of global privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
