Overview of the Role

Cybernamix inc is seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

The User Support Technician will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions
  • Collaborating with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
Work Environment

The User Support Technician will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of experienced professionals. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.

To be successful in this role, the User Support Technician will need to have:
