About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic partnerships, market analysis, and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and initiatives
  • Monitor and report on business performance metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making
