Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers in a fast-paced plumbing wholesale environment.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively consult with customers and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements
- College and/or University degree.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and results-oriented mindset.
- Desire to continuously learn and grow.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
