Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Supervisor to join our team at IRONBULL CONTRACTING INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources policies and programs, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage employee performance and appraisal programs to ensure high levels of engagement and productivity
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations to promote diversity and inclusion
  • Recruit and support newcomers and refugees who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against visible minorities and promote a culture of inclusivity
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of human resources policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
