Job Title: Deputy Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and contributing to the overall success of our store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles
- Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence
- Contribute to the development and implementation of store strategies and initiatives
- Monitor and control store expenses and inventory levels
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of retail operations and procedures
