About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MYRA Systems Corp. as an IT Help Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees and customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in the IT industry
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on technical procedures and best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA, or other relevant certifications
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies and virtualization
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
