Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Circle K. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Operations Management: Assist in the planning and organization of daily operations, including setting up meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
