Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor and ensuring that all sales goals are met. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates and providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
