About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 4343432 Nova Scotia Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes of our customers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their dining experience is memorable.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Cuisine Specialties: Italian, Lebanese, and Mediterranean cuisine.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, maintain a high level of organization, and demonstrate dependability and reliability.
