We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Supervisor to join our team at Arrivals + Departures. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for leading and managing client relationships, developing and executing strategic communications plans, and overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the account team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of account managers and coordinators to deliver exceptional client service and results.
  • Develop and execute strategic communications plans that meet and exceed client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure innovative and integrated work is delivered for the client.
  • Identify and evaluate new marketing and advertising initiatives to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Act as a day-to-day agency lead and internal liaison for client feedback and direction.
  • Manage and maintain a detailed awareness of relevant market trends affecting client accounts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management and leadership.
  • Strong relationship building skills and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building strategic communications plans.
