Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to both written and verbal inquiries from clients
  • Provide detailed information regarding services to customers
  • Facilitate billing processes for services rendered
  • Process refunds and credits as necessary
  • Clarify the types and costs of services available
  • Issue receipts and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and statistics
  • Gather and review relevant information to effectively address client feedback, inquiries, and complaints
  • Handle payment transactions
  • Promote and sell merchandise
  • Assist clients with inquiries and provide comprehensive information
  • Engage with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing support
  • Market and promote products, services, or sales initiatives
