Client Support Specialist

Job Summary: BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team in a customer-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least two years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a technical support environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
