About the Role

Culligan of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, including setting up deliveries and booking service calls.
  • Account Management: Manage customer accounts, including creating new accounts, scheduling installations, and processing payments.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and upsell Culligan products and services to customers, both new and existing.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to book walk-in and phone sales leads.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle accounts receivable collections, make payments, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or service industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
