Client Engagement Specialist

Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our Customer Success team, you will serve as a trusted partner to our diverse clientele, focusing on managing renewals, enhancing retention, and fostering engagement strategies to drive sustainable growth. Your dedication to client satisfaction will be key in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing significant relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing engagement and satisfaction with our services.
- Preparing comprehensive reports on account performance and recommending tailored action plans to help clients achieve their engagement goals.
- Executing effective renewal strategies based on account health assessments to meet ambitious retention targets and maintain enduring client relationships.
- Overseeing the complete sales cycle for upselling and cross-selling initiatives, including identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within your client portfolio.
- Implementing best practices in account management to optimize business processes and contribute to departmental improvements.
- Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to amplify the voice of the customer and leverage their feedback to enhance our offerings.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen existing advisor relationships and stimulate growth within our client base.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, project management, or client services.
- A proven track record of success, demonstrating progression in your career and a history of exceeding performance objectives.
- Ability to cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders and act as a reliable advisor.
- Strong project leadership skills, with the capability to mobilize stakeholders and effectively manage deliverables.
- Demonstrated work ethic, with excellent time management and prioritization skills to achieve results.
- Experience collaborating with Human Resources, Operations, or Finance departments is essential.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or experience in the insurance sector is a significant advantage.
Language Requirements:
Bilingualism in French and English is essential for this role, as communication will be required in both languages.
