Client Engagement Specialist

Position Overview:
As a vital member of our Customer Success team, you will serve as a trusted consultant for our diverse clientele, focusing on managing renewals, enhancing retention, and fostering engagement strategies to unlock long-term growth opportunities. Your dedication to client satisfaction will be paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and nurturing significant relationships with our valued clients, ensuring their ongoing engagement with our services through exemplary client satisfaction.
- Preparing comprehensive materials to assess account performance and recommending tailored action plans to help clients achieve their engagement goals.
- Executing effective renewal strategies grounded in account health metrics to meet ambitious retention targets and cultivate enduring client relationships.
- Overseeing the complete sales cycle for upselling and cross-selling initiatives, which includes identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities within your existing client accounts.
- Implementing best practices in account management to optimize business processes and actively seeking areas for departmental improvement.
- Engaging with both internal and external stakeholders to amplify the voice of our clients, ensuring their feedback significantly influences our product and process evolution.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen existing advisor relationships and drive growth within our client base.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, project management, or client services.
- A proven track record of success, including experience in a reputable organization, rapid career advancement, community involvement, and a history of surpassing objectives.
- Ability to cultivate positive relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor.
- Strong project leadership skills, with the capability to mobilize stakeholders and effectively manage task deliverables.
- Demonstrated work ethic and proficient time management skills to achieve results and meet deadlines.
- Experience working with or alongside Human Resources, Operations, and/or Finance departments is essential.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or experience in the insurance sector is highly advantageous.
Language Requirements:
Bilingualism is essential for this role, as communication in both French and English will be required.
