Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Tandoori King Kitchen & Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and presentation, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our financial targets.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that we provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our business operations.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
