Job Title: Proposal and Marketing Coordinator

Graham is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Proposal and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our proposal and marketing team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement the proposal process, ensuring all prepared proposal and qualification submissions are high-quality, compliant with solicitation requirements, and effectively communicate Graham's capabilities and value of service.
  • Offer possible solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
  • Ensure client documents are downloaded and updated regularly, and a copy is sent to all proposal response team members.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the solicitation document(s), identify response deliverables, establish submission schedules, and communicate responsibilities and accountabilities to the response team.
  • Establish a responsibility/compliance matrix and update as required.
  • Follow the proposal schedule, ensuring all tasks are completed by the established due date.
  • Provide support with business development/marketing initiatives, including social media content creation and coordination, news article production, video editing, graphic design, presentations for proposals, and marketing materials.
  • Facilitate content review meetings as necessary.
  • Check and edit narratives for understanding, grammar, and readability, ensuring consistency in format and terms.
  • Maintain the document library for resumes, project fact sheets, etc.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a diploma training program at a college or technical school, or a university bachelor program, in communication or marketing.
  • Construction company experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work under demanding deadlines and work schedules.
  • Proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, MS Office Suite, and SharePoint.
  • High level of organization; methodical in approach to workload.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
