Position Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a dedicated Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a leader in occupational therapy services, we are committed to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery and independence.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a friendly atmosphere for patients and visitors.
  • Effectively managing inquiries from clients and patients.
  • Overseeing daily office operations.
  • Maintaining the reception area to ensure it is organized and professional.
  • Handling Accounts Receivable with precision.
  • Accurately processing incoming payments and reconciling monthly deposits.
  • Ensuring the integrity and completeness of patient data in our management system.
  • Submitting necessary documentation to insurance providers and stakeholders promptly.
  • Managing petty cash and expense reports.
  • Responding to all phone and email inquiries regarding our services.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks such as scheduling, client reception, and payment processing.
  • Preparing client files for the clinical team.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborating with the administrative team to review and enhance clinic procedures.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Preferred post-secondary education in office management or a related field.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is an asset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and general computer applications.
  • Familiarity with handling confidential documents.
  • Comfortable with electronic communication tools and document management.
  • Professional demeanor in all interactions.
  • Ability to follow established processes and guidelines.
  • Availability for the specified work schedule.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
