Administrative Duties:
As an Office Coordinator, your administrative tasks will encompass managing client communications, invoicing, appointment scheduling, documentation, and various general office responsibilities. The primary focus will be on addressing the administrative requirements stemming from the firm's accounting and tax services. Additional responsibilities will include enhancing overall office productivity.Support for Junior Accountant:
Your role will also involve gathering, organizing, and compiling vital information to assist in the preparation of year-end financial statements and tax filings, as well as ensuring compliance with payroll and HST regulations. This position will cater to both corporate and individual clients.
As you progress in this role, you will have the opportunity to engage more deeply in financial reporting and tax preparation, guided by the training and mentorship provided by our experienced CPAs.
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to excellence
- Basic proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- A college or university degree is preferred but not mandatory

Job Types:
Full-time or Part-time, Onsite with potential for hybrid work arrangements after acclimatization to the role.
Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour.
