About the Role:

Nannaa eatery is seeking a skilled Pasty Artisan to join our team. As a key member of our bakery department, you will be responsible for preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, as well as training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
