About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Nannaa Eatery. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory pastries, bread, and other baked goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pastry Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Baking: Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
  • Staff Training: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, ensuring that the quality of products meets established standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet health and safety standards.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
Work Environment

As a Baker at Nannaa Eatery, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
