Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our stores. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services, while supporting the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Control expenses and shrinkage, while maintaining high standards of merchandising and inventory control
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18
  • Prior retail and management experience required
  • Ability to work up to 38 hours per week
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
