We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at INNOTEK IT SOLUTIONS.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency and productivity.
- Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
- Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
English is the primary language of communication in this role.
Work Schedule:35 to 40 hours per week.
