About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Human Resource Advisor to join our team at the Yukon Government. As a key member of our Human Resource community, you will play a vital role in providing strategic advice and support to our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement human resource strategies that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on human resource matters, including recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address human resource challenges and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and trends in human resource management and apply this knowledge to inform our strategies and practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management, with a focus on strategic planning and talent development.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective human resource strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
