About the Role

The Yukon government is seeking a skilled Human Resource Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the Human Resources community, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact using your problem-solving skills and provide strategic advice to clients across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice and influence diverse client groups
  • Problem solve difficult issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Apply standardized processes in the organization
  • Contribute to decision-making processes and influence policies and practices
Requirements
  • Experience providing advice and influencing diverse client groups
  • Experience problem solving difficult issues in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Experience applying standardized processes in the organization
  • Post-secondary coursework in human resources, education and training, social science, public administration, law, business and humanities
