Human Resources Specialist

The Government of Yukon is seeking a skilled Human Resource Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to various government agencies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with government objectives
- Provide training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and timely manner
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement organizational change initiatives
- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR consulting or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
