Sales and Marketing Director Opportunity

Campus Support is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to achieve 100% occupancy at Amenida Senior's Community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and community engagement.
  • Generate leads, conduct tours, and complete enrollment to ensure 100% occupancy.
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly sales, community engagement, and marketing plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of all tours, sales calls, and results.
  • Build community outreach by working independently in the community, initiating contacts, and creating goodwill.
  • Ensure all marketing and admission packages are complete and up-to-date.
  • Monitor changes in the marketplace and provide feedback to senior leadership.

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Create content for marketing collateral, including brochures, direct mail pieces, print advertisements, web copy, and social media content.
  • Act as a storyteller by creating and curating shareable content for web, social, and offline initiatives.
  • Proactively manage Amenida Senior Community's social media engagement.
  • Ensure marketing content is written with the brand in mind and provides the best user experience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing managerial role from Senior's Home and Retirement Industry.
  • Diploma or Degree from a recognized College or University in Marketing or Business.
  • Knowledge of Senior Home Industry is required.
  • Fluency in Korean and Chinese language is required (in addition to English).
  • High standards of behavior, a professional attitude, and commitment to quality service.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • A class 5 driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
