Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Team Wireless Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using technical manuals and online resources to find solutions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve technical incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our products and services, ensuring they have the necessary skills to get the most out of our solutions.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
