Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated individual in Ontario to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. In this position, you will be tasked with reaching out to and visiting key clients throughout the Western Ontario area. Your main goal will be to boost sales and enhance product visibility while nurturing positive relationships with both current and prospective customers. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about advancing their career in sales with one of Canada's most innovative canned cocktail brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass sales distribution and volume objectives within the GTA and Northern Ontario regions.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team and management to devise strategies that meet sales targets.
  • Identify and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts, including retail outlets, licensees, agency stores, and grocery chains.
  • Engage with existing and potential accounts to discuss promotional activities and implement marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct presentations and tastings to create memorable brand experiences for clients.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, client feedback, and account performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of demonstrated sales experience in the alcoholic beverage sector.
  • Familiarity with existing accounts and relationships in the designated region is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft/Google workspace.
  • Possession of a SmartServe Certificate.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 30lbs and stand for extended periods.

Compensation: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 annually
