Job Summary

Darling International Canada Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our Ontario sales team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth
  • Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business performance

Requirements:

  • University or College Degree/Diploma
  • 7 years' of progressive sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • 3 years' sales management experience in the restaurant or food industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
