Building Maintenance Supervisor

As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
* Inspect sites to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
* Recommend additional services such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
* Assist cleaners in performing duties
* Coordinate work activities with other departments
* Establish work schedules
Requirements:
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
* Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines
* Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads
