About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Charmed Playhouses. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as adjusting and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contacting tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Conduct minor repairs on appliances and equipment, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and complete tasks efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Reliability and strong work ethic required.
