About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Charmed Playhouses. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our buildings and equipment, including making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct minor repairs on appliances and other equipment as needed.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Work with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling are required for this role.
