About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Stranville Living Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities
    • Oversee the work of light duty cleaners and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Coordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities
    • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
    • Identify and recommend necessary repairs, renovations, or replacements of furnishings and equipment.
  • Provide Support and Guidance
    • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance on best practices.
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
