About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Charmed Playhouses. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as adjusting and repairing heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contacting tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Conduct minor repairs on appliances and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair to maintain the appearance and integrity of our buildings.
  • Work with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Bending, crouching, and kneeling are required to perform maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
