JK Contracting and Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring that all necessary resources are available to support our operations.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the operations team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office activities, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and other relevant documents.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects as assigned by the operations manager, including research, data analysis, and report preparation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, reliability, ability to multitask, adaptability, and team player.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work independently and under pressure.
