About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at International Immigration and Allied Services Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our immigration services team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the immigration services team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Document Management: Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Communication: Respond to employee inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Technology: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
