Your Role:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle and manage client relationships for senior and executive roles. This position demands a strategic mindset to identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent that aligns with our organizational culture and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a thorough recruitment strategy to draw in exceptional executive talent.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and hiring managers to comprehend the specific requirements of each position.
  • Build and sustain a talent pipeline for current and future executive opportunities.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels, including direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate expectations regarding the selection process and provide constructive feedback.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations and collaborate with HR on compensation packages.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new executive hires to ensure a smooth integration into the organization.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and labor market conditions to provide strategic insights.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory recruitment standards.
  • Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and report on key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years of experience in recruitment management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and securing executive-level candidates.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate evaluation techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong drive to connect with top talent.
  • Ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
